The wave of transformation can also be surfed. Let’s do it.

Welcome to Studio Innomare. Since 2007 at the ocean of possibilities.

"How? Through networked thinking and strategic creativity that transcends industry boundaries. For dynamic companies that prioritize results over workshops.

We are entrepreneurial partners who don’t just think—we roll up our sleeves. Our principle: we aim to empower teams, not make them dependent on us.

We deliver this through a collective of international experts and brutal efficiency.

Less talk, more action—this has been our drive since 2007, and we are hungrier than ever."

Walk the talk: We bring foresight, creative power, and speed when it’s time to get moving.

Studio Innomare was founded in 2007 in Vienna by Hannes Offenbacher and Nicole Arnitz—and has carried the Viennese principle of the 'Gemischter Satz' in its DNA ever since.

Just as with this complex wine classic, where different grape varieties only form a true unit if they are rooted in the same vineyard and ripen together, our Studio merges three independent disciplines into a powerful whole: Positioning, Innovation, and Branding (no, that is not about the logo).

It is only their interplay in the same place and at the same time that creates the unmistakable character of the wine—and the profound impact for our clients.

PS: All the more reason why we are urgently looking for a daring winery to stir things up together ;)

Under the label Future on the Rocks, we offer high-energy retreats for executives and teams. Harnessing the stillness and power of the mountains. For vision with impact.

Future on the Rocks is your multi-day escape from the noise of daily operations. Dive in as a leader—alone or with your team—for 2-3 days of inspiring impulses, challenging dialogue, and a fresh perspective on your challenges.

In these sessions, movement in mountain nature is our most important seminar room. The technological and social disruptions of our time provoke discussions far beyond the status quo. Because: those who stop getting better have stopped being good.

Ready for the ascent?"
